I've been thinking lately about lots of things... goals and dreams and all the things…the big things and most important of all the little things... that are really important.

This thinking has lead to lots of reading and talking and stuff like that cause that's what I do when I really want to figure something out. What keeps coming back to me is that I am reminded me to be true to myself and what matters most no matter what. I am one of the lucky ones, I just default to happy. And a long time ago I figured out that how you feel when you do something really matters. So I try to do everything I do with love…and of course have FUN along the way too. I think things just come out better when they're made that way - whether it's brownies you're baking or work that's getting done. A little love and little fun are the most important ingredients.

PS. I had the best phone chat with my mom this morning. I think we both felt a little bit happier for it. Call your mom. xoxo
